I believed my Financial advisor and had taken

$100,000 for five year. A long time to invest.No red flags here. I had gotten over 5.00% at a local bank.This is fraud, and the investors are the victims.
I agree. The "too good to be true" was only obvious when seen in the context of the banks' business/investments.
